How much does it cost to sponsor an MLS team?

The newest team in the league already has a sponsorship deal. Seattle will be sponsored by Microsoft and XBox 360 Live for $20 million over the first 5 years of the team’s existence.

Just off the top of my head these are the other teams that have jersey sponsorship deals:

LA Galaxy - Herbalife
DC United - Volkswagon
Real Salt Lake - Xango
Columbus Crew - Glidden
New York - Red Bull
Chicago Fire - Best Buy
Houston Dynamo - Amigo Energy
Toronto FC - BMO
Chivas USA - Comex

Did I miss any? What would be good sponsors for the remaining teams that don’t have a company logo on the front of their shirts?
