Zidane and Beckham together again?

I have a really hard time beleiving this could even be close to true, but it keeps coming up.  I haven’t actually heardLalas talking about Zidane, but they claim it happened.  Aparently they are talking about brining Zidane to the Galaxy. Here is a quote from VitalFootball.co.uk attributed to the Alexi Lalas in the Times:

If it happens, that would be wonderful - not just for the Galaxy, but also for our league and I think he would really enjoy the opportunity, because he is competitive and he wants to win.’ ‘He’s a great player and he doesn’t want to sit in the French countryside drinking wine.”

I couldn’t imagine much better than playing professional soccer, but sitting in the French countryside drinking wine doesn’t sounds so bad.  What do you think, is this even close to a possibility, or is someone just dreaming?
